Public beta release for CONTEXT v0.9

Past due by almost 9 years 75% complete

Public release of CONTEXT Phylogenomic Dataset Browser to coincide with methods paper submission / deposition in bioarXiv. Targets should include:

  • Stable beta release versioned at 0.9 tested in a (documented) variety of OS / JREs
  • Provision of datasets and docs
  • Fix outstanding major issues #49, #48, #46, #43 - especially, #42 and #52
