The aim of this Wiki page is to explain the purpose of this project, and how to use the code to contribute.
I worked on this project as part of a Summer Internship with Dr Victoria Martin, at the University of Edinburgh, during summer 2019.
The theoretical background is exposed in the following paper: Freeze-in and Freeze-out of Dark Matter with Charged Long-lived Partners by Chakraborti et al.
The aim of the project is to simulate with sufficient detail the ATLAS detector and to decide to which extent it would be capable to detect the dark matter candidate proposed in the paper above.
