Improves Turkish translation for "Prefix Custom Message" text in tr-TR.json language file.

You cannot edit this language file. Only the en.json file can be modified to avoid conflicts with the Weblate translation tool. Therefore, you need to register at https://weblate.kuma.pet/ and edit the translation for your language directly using this tool.
