Motivation
ls1intum/Artemis#7226 adds support for docker based deployments of the LocalVC/CI system. I want to create a test server based on this, so the collection needs to support this.
Description
This PR adds the required config stuff for LocalVC/CI to the bare-metal and docker deployments. It also takes care that the Spring Boot profiles are set correctly.
