These tasks are run directly by the Prompt Processing service itself, not as part of a pipeline, so we bypass the normal mechanisms for automatically bringing in these overrides.
Most of these comments date from the original prototype, and are irrelevant to the existing system.

This PR checks for obs package overrides (which are expected to be added in the future) when constructing the ingestion-like tasks.
