A simple implementation of a telegram client (maded with Telethon), which allows you to download all the photos from a conversation.
Need Telegram API ID and HASH that you can find here
When you first run the code, telegram ask you the phone number and the code that send you (Note: add always the phone international prefix without space to your phone number).
After put that information (that you can see in the example screen below) then you can add the chat name and download all the media on it.
Use the bash command below for start the script.
