ChartWise is an AI-powered platform built for mental health professionals to gain structured insights from therapy sessions. It enables clinicians to securely record, transcribe, and analyze sessions, surfacing trends and progress over time while meeting compliance requirements.
- Session Recording & Upload: Secure audio recording of therapy sessions (45–60 min typical length), with support for chunked and streamed uploads.
- Automated Transcription: High-accuracy speech-to-text via Deepgram.
- Insight Extraction: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline combining PostgreSQL and Pinecone to provide context-rich insights.
- Realtime Updates: Live data pipelines delivering session insights and patient dashboard updates.
- Data Security & Compliance: Encryption at rest, PostgreSQL RLS, and HIPAA-oriented incident response.
- Scalable Infrastructure: AWS ECS, RDS, Redis caching, CloudFront + S3, and API Gateway WebSockets.
- Backend: FastAPI app (ECS service, behind load balancer).
- Database: PostgreSQL (RDS Multi-AZ) with RLS enforced per user.
- Vector DB: Pinecone for semantic retrieval of transcripts.
- Cache: Redis (ElastiCache).
- Storage: S3 buckets for raw audio and transcript files.
- Encryption: KMS-backed utilities for secure storage and retrieval.
- Realtime: ECS service listening to Postgres
