General app improvements.
Initial preparations for #34.

Removal of the Explore Page

Due to legal regulations, I have decided to remove the Explore Fragment, and with that, I'll have to close #79, #46, #44, and #36.
But since I do not want to get rid of the feature of finding quotes completely, I'll add more options to import quotes #35 and maybe consider showing quotes, managed and moderated by me, on a myQuotes website in the future.
