Program spycor is simple spike correction program based on comparison of surrounding spectra. The rogram is written in MatLab and released under BSD-3-clause license.

If you find any bug or want to suggest new features, please make new issue or pull request from your personal fork. Any proposals for collaboration is appreciated.

The program does not need any special installation, it can be treated as any other MatLab script but there are some installation instructions for those which are not familiar with MatLab.
