1.0.0 - Initial Release

This example project's base "please copy me for your projects" API has solidified.
It only has a translation-based movement example, should be good for top-down platformers / adventure games / etc.

This release is for Godot 3.5.1, and includes both Godot OpenXR 1.3.0 and Godot XR Tools 3.0.0 RC1.
