Linux based boards manifests are now all under lv_port_linux

Moved Linux-based board manifest URLs to lv_port_linux/boards to centralize and standardize manifests. Updates references for Toradex Verdin AM62 and i.MX8M Mini, TI SK-AM62 variants, NXP i.MX93, Renesas RZ-G3E, and F&S Picocore MX93.
