Adding BeginThings (https://beginthings.com/) to the Tools collection section, alongside SmallDev.tools and giga.tools.

BeginThings is a collection of 96+ free browser-based tools for developers and freelancers — JSON formatter, regex tester, base64 encoder/decoder, image compressor, QR code generator, URL shortener, invoice generator, Pomodoro timer, and more. No login required, works entirely in the browser.

For consistency with other items in this list, it would be better to remove the description. The other entries in the 'Tools collection' section follow the format * [Tool Name](URL).
