After a hosting organization registers with M-Lab, their autonodes will:
- Register with the Autojoin API
- Distribute credentials & metadata to local services
- Report node health to the Locate API
- Clients run NDT tests targeting this node
- NDT measurements are archived
- NDT measurements published to BigQuery
