This release contains code and data to reproduce analyses reported in the manuscript "A keystone gene underlies the persistence of an experimental food web".
Compared to v2.1, this version:
- Includes a mark-recapture analysis to distinguish false vs. true extinctions. This analysis confirms previous inferences.
- Includes omnibus tests to control for multiple testing. This analysis confirms previous inferences.
- Fixes error in one data point. This data point was inconsequential as it did not qualitatively change our results and the quantitative results were virtually the same.
Attached zip files were too large to maintain in the GitHub repo. These zip files include .rds files that speed up the Bayesian MAR(1) analysis in structural-stability.Rmd and exactly reproduce the reported results in structural-stability.html. I distributed the .rds files among multiple zip files to keep each zip file under 2 GB as required by GitHub.
