Data Collection

Any notes to how the data was collected, Explain where each collection of file formats came from or were they they collected yourself.

• SDF Files were extrapolated from RDKit from a SMILES conversion.
• PDB Files were downloaded from the rscb with slight modifications into the nomenclature of the atom types etc.
