Add support for PHP 8.2 in composer.json

Without this change, composer will report in PHP 8.2 environments:

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - magepal/magento2-customeraccountlinksmanager[1.1.0, ..., 1.1.5] require php ~5.6.0|7.0.2|7.0.4|~7.0.6|~7.1.0 -> your php version (8.2.4) does not satisfy that requirement.

IMO, the require.php field is not required at all, so alternatively the whole entry could be removed.
