Attempt to catch all 'node manager' instances and rename them to 'antctl'.
Mostly this was just a few variable name changes.
These keys are no longer used by the `antnode` or `ant` binaries.
These were some changes necessary to get the bootstrap working after the peer cache and rebranding changes.
Trying to provision the private nodes produces errors. This will need to be examined and fixed.
