@nkakouros Regarding the move of the repositories to the MAL org, the package ownership will also need to be transferred for which we will need the account information to target. There is no package for the language server yet, on PyPI, but there is for the tree sitter grammar which also exists on crates.io. |

Adds a workflow to distribute the package to PyPI via the UV publish command. PyPI has trusted publishers so the token procedure isn't exactly necessary, however it's a familiar workflow and it's easier to remove than to add back in so its used as a base.
