Adds a new way of interacting with the Malloy translator:
{ urls: ['path'] }, instead of updating with the contents of the file via:{ urls: { 'path': 'contents' } }, you can respond with{ translations: { 'path': { modelDef: ... } } }. This allows a user of the translator to cache translations.
