🛠️ Stall Watchdog (Fix for Freeze Bug)

Added a new monitoring system that detects when the wallpaper engine has stalled or been silently reclaimed by the OS, even if the service is technically still running.

• Fixes black/frozen screen on devices where the OS aggressively reclaims the hardware decoder.
• Fixes stalls on High-Res/High-Complexity videos (e.g., 4K 10-bit HEVC) where the hardware decoder is prioritized for foreground apps.
• The watchdog automatically restarts the playback engine if no frame progress is detected for 4 seconds while visible.

🔧 Other Improvements

• Performance: Minor optimizations to the RecentFilesAdapter for smoother list scrolling.
• Settings: Updated internal handling for video URI permissions.

This release focuses on optimizing the engine's resource usage and hardening the app against system kills.

Performance & Stability

• Memory Cap Implemented: Enforced a strict 32MB buffer limit for ExoPlayer. This reduces RAM footprint from ~250MB to ~120MB on high-res loops.
• Decoder Watchdog: Added a "Zombie" recovery mechanism. If the hardware decoder is lost (e.g., DECODER_INIT_FAILED after deep sleep), the engine now automatically restarts the player instead of staying on a black screen.

Bug Fixes

• Samsung One UI Colors: Implemented a strict override for WallpaperColors (flooding primary/secondary/tertiary channels) to force correct Status Bar icon contrast on Samsung and Android 12+ devices.
• Persistent Storage: Rewrote the file import logic. The app now robustly copies videos to internal app storage.

This is a critical hotfix to patch up our zombies and make the horde more resilient than ever. We found a nasty bug that was tripping up some of our newer recruits (looking at you, Android 10-12!), preventing them from joining the revolution. Well, we've squashed it. No zombie gets left behind.

This patch also fortifies our defenses for the future. We're officially drawing a line in the sand and focusing our dark energies on all devices running Android 9 and newer. This is part of the "no bullshit" promise, concentrating our efforts to give you the leanest, meanest, and most stable experience on modern hardware.
