Refactors the MapLibre migration skill to focus exclusively on helping MapLibre users migrate TO Mapbox.

Changes

Focus: Changed from bidirectional guide to one-way migration

Key updates:

  • ✅ Removed "Mapbox → MapLibre" migration section (not primary use case)
  • ✅ Added "Why Migrate to Mapbox?" section highlighting platform benefits
  • ✅ Emphasized Mapbox advantages: official support, Mapbox Studio, premium APIs, better tiles
  • ✅ Updated AGENTS.md to match one-way focus
  • ✅ Kept fork history context (explains API compatibility)

Resolves conflicts by keeping the refactored one-way migration version
of AGENTS.md and SKILL.md. Brings in changes from main including other
AGENTS.md files and new skills.
