👋 Hi, I’m Marcus De Maria

⚡ Currently on Co-op After Finishing my Third Year of Mechatronics Engineering at McMaster University

  • I’m interested in software optimization and automation of embedded engineered tools, analyatics with data processing/testing, and mechanical design to showcase optimized, efficient, and technologically advanced results

  • Previously an Engineering Intern at Welbilt Inc. and ALMAG Aluminum where I dealt with and worked on projects related to electromechanical design, manufacturing, CADing, automomation, and data acquistion/testing

  • Engineering Intern at Celestica in the A&D VAVE department working on Testing and Design!

Skills

🌱 Some of my favourite things to do include:

  • CADing in SOLIDWORKS or other random tools
  • Using SQL and Python to test and analyze datasets for various mechanisms
  • Programming and creating software engineered applications with C++, HTML, CSS, and Java
  • Going to the gym and vlogging!
  • Travelling
  • Exploring thrift stores and coffee shops around me :)
