Hi, I’m Maria, a Software Developer at Ford Company. I specialize in backend and frontend development, with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. I work in an Agile environment, solving technical challenges and delivering secure, efficient solutions.

🔧 Skills and Expertise

I’m skilled in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular for building secure APIs and applications. I also have experience with Terraform, Tekton, ElasticSearch, JBoss, Oracle Database, REST APIs, and scripting with SQL*Plus and happy to expand my knowledge.

🏫 Educational Background

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science, UPB, where I gained expertise in programming, algorithms, operating systems, and networking. Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Advanced Studies in e-Government, focusing on cloud computing, cybersecurity, and distributed systems.

💼 Professional Experience

I started as a Java Intern at BNP Paribas, building a credit loan application with Spring Boot and Angular, after which I've continued to work for 2 more years building applications, migrating to Cloud, migrating to newer Java versions and more. Now, I’m a Full Stack Developer at Ford’s API Cybersecurity Team. My work includes resolving production incidents, scanning and fixing vulnerabilities, and building tools to secure APIs. I use Angular for UI, Spring Boot for backend, and Terraform/Tekton for cloud deployments. I also assist teams with integration, troubleshooting, and compliance.
