In this repository, users can donwload

1. PySB-model of the FD:FNR biosynthetic pathway

Full working model (in python 2.7), plus scripts to generate Supplementary Figures S7 and S8. In order to execute the code, it is necessary to install the python package PySB (http://pysb.org/) and depedencies.

All files should be placed in the same folder for execution.

2. LabVIEW Visual Interface

Note that this requires a working LabVIEW installation in your computer (LabView Runtime Engine). If you need an executable (.exe) file, please contact the article's corresponding authors.
