SMS messages are used to log incidents. Sms text messages sent to the system are viewable in the admin area where they can be submitted as a Report.
Messages can include a [Location Code](location code) to specify the approximate location of the fault. As existing address information is unreliable or simply not available we have to rely on our own location code. Users can determine their area code from posters & notice boards around the city.
