Content of the repository

  1. Data: the folder data contains

    • The raw and processed data files of both experiments with the dependent metadata files (.csv)
  2. Images: the folder images contains

    • The images of the grain size distribution (.tiff)
  3. Outputs: the folder outputs contains

    • The figures (.tiff) generated.
    • The tables (.html/.png) generated.
    • The ANOVA tables in statistics
  4. R: the folder R contains

    • Scripts (.R) to generate all figures used in the manuscript and in the supporting information.

Package versioning

The used versions of R and the packages are saved in 2023_waste_bricks_trees/renv.lock.

You can restore this state by executing renv::restore().
