refactored into an installable package

I dont know if this project is still alive, but I took a minute and made it into a package. If it is please up the setup.cfg with any information you would like and maybe we can post it on PyPI. Having it in a package gives you a handy pywype executable that can be used to run the program. I'll put a little time into some tests as well, let me know

This project is still alive, though I haven't done much with it as of late. On balance, while my initial approach works, I don't think it's optimal. I want to refactor this entire project, using classes, unit tests, and more importantly, a method for wiping drives that isn't OS dependent.

That said, I'm happy to look over your proposed changes and offer my thoughts. Also, out of curiosity, how did you find this project? Have you used it?
