Using the library outside home assistant.
When the client looses connection with the server and a re-connect is attempted it current immediately exits the start_listening loop as stop_listening has been set to True (by the disconnect flow).
This ensures the flag is False when a new connection is created. Not sure if this is the best place to reset or it? Happy to update PR accordingly to any feedback.
