Instead of just calling Decode() and getting the decoded jpeg image without headers, this call allows clients the option to read headers from the multipart messages as they come in.

Hi Matt- I need to read a header named "Yolo-Coordinates" from each frame of the MJPEG stream. So I needed the whole multipart message, not just the decoded image.
