Some fixes, but also I think we have several pages where we should remove the enable/disable because we don't actually have that functionality in Mautic (yet) 😊 .
I'm guessing perhaps this came from some other docs, and the feature hasn't made it over yet, maybe? cc @escopecz who might be able to confirm?

DWC doesn't actually have activate / deactivate date/times:

I think it was just copy-pasted from other entity docs. I'm not aware of any PR that's adding it.
