This app gives an interface to faculty to send notices to their college students as well as to faculties also. Same app for students to get notices. The app contains hierarchy of faculties. like
Admin will regiter their college first -> Admin Can Add HOD -> HOD can Add Faculties -> Faculties Can Add Student -> Student
