Similar to pull request #1, but adds in an argument parser and code to handle JSON input files. This allows users to have different configurations saved in separate files, and avoids them having to edit the source code directly.
A default layers file (
sky130.json) is provided and the values inside it are set to the approximate heights and thicknesses as specified by the PDK docs.
