There are problems upstream in resampling introduces NaNs in the coordinate varaibles. For now tolereate them so that we can get some Quick Look plots for lrauvs data.
Factored out a _setup_no_data_axes() method so that plot can complete no matter what quality of data it is given.
Also update the aggregator string to include the .interpppolate() step. This changes the metadata and the testing parms.
