…ther accute inpatient hospital discharge status; edited definition of hospice discharge status; created classes for ambulatory visit admitting source, intra-hospital admitting source, and emergency department admitting source; and fixed #8.
…fier, institutional professional consult, and non-acute institutional stay, with RDFS:label definition and term editor labels.
…fs:label; and deprecated 'emergency department encounter' and added annotations to 'ED encounter'.
…CORnet absent without leave discharge status data item.
…finition to 'PCORnet diagnosis identifier', and made the class a subclass of 'identifier'.

…tinuant. Removed myself as a term editor for OMRSE: patient discharge.
…ct Imports. Then, re-imported ENVO: environmental system and OGMS: disease via MIREOT.
…nnotations, as well as the object properties that were causing them to appear.
…ORnet Hispanic identity datum and PCORnet not Hispanic identity datum, and then deprecated PCORnet ethnic identity datum. Reason: to avoid multiple inheritance and eliminate a superfluous class. Via MIREOT, added the following OGMS classes: diagnosis, clinical data item, diagnostic process, health care process, inpatient encounter, and outpatient encounter. Reason: four of those six were used in PCOR, but appeared without annotations; and each of the other two is a parent of one of the first four. Removed the OGMS link from list of imports because (a) it does not connect to an OWL file, and thus imports nothing, and (b) we do not wish to import OGMS at this time.
… do upon the addition of PNO: ‘code set.’ Made the children of PCOR: ‘code set’ into children of PNO: ‘code set.’

…,' and used the 'term replaced by' annotation to point from each to the corresponding social identity information content entity.
…lasses for specimen_source value names that contain disjunctions.
…n and some other annotations were added to this term in PCORnetCDM.owl instead of its home ontology. Since the term is soon to be updated in its home ontology to include such annotations, I removed them from PCORnetCDM.owl. The term will still be imported here via OMRSE, and will have any annotations that OMRSE has for it.
…cerebrospinal fluid PCORnet specimen source value name', 'vagina PCORnet specimen source value name', 'cervix PCORnet specimen source value name', and 'pericardial fluid PCORnet specimen source value name'.
…w version of which is now imported from OMRSE. Updated axioms for ‘ambulatory visit’ and ‘admitting diagnosis’ so they now use the OMRSE version of ‘admission process’ instead of the PCORowl version.
…the same IRI as ‘sexual orientation identity datum.’ I created a new version of the former, and removed from each the annotations intended to go with the other. I also corrected an annotation error for the definition of 'emergency department admit to inpatient hospital stay' and replaced “healthcare” with “health care” in that definition,” and placed the term under the correct parent class (‘health care encounter’).
… ‘International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision’; ‘Current Procedural Terminology’; ‘Healthcare Common Procedural Coding System’; and ‘Uniform Billing 04 Form Locator 42 Revenue Codes.’ Also changed ‘International Classification of Diseases, Ninth Revision, Clinical Modification’ to an instance of ‘code set’ and gave it the alternative term ‘ICD-9-CM.’ Also changed ‘International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification’ to an instance of ‘code set’ and gave it the alternative term ‘ICD-10-CM.’
…instance of ‘code set’ and gave it the alternative term ‘SNOMED CT.’ Obsoleted ‘Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine’ and gave it owl:deprecated status of ‘true.’ Obsoleted 'International Classification of Diseases' and gave it owl:deprecated status of ‘true.’
…role.' It had been assigned the type 'male' in addition to the type 'patient role.' This is inconsistent, as it implies the individual is both a quality and a realizable entity. It is also incorrect to make a patient role an instance of the quality 'male,' since roles do not have sexes. This individual also had an ‘inheres in’ annotation with the value ‘PCORnet white identity information content entity.’ I went ahead and removed that, too, since patient roles do not inhere in ICEs.
…ields. Also added ‘name of temporal region’ because it goes between ‘identifier’ and ‘date’ in the ‘is a’ hierarchy. Also added the other two child classes of ‘name of temporal region,’ which are ‘name of a temporal boundary’ and ‘name of temporal intervals,’ as I suspect one of the two might be used for the LV of time fields (such as ADMIT_TIME). All of the classes added are from APOLLO_SV.
…istory of.' Then, added that they are inverses of one another and set their domains and ranges. These additions capture aspects of the terms that MIREOT does not import with them.
