The analysis made can be divided into two parts.
*Part a is to extract the total number of retiring employees by title. This contains all employees who are born between January 1, 1952 and December 31, 1955.
*Part b is to extract all the employees who are eligible for the mentorship program who are current employees born between January 1, 1965 and December 31, 1965.
*There will be 14222 engineers and 29414 senior engineers will retire soon, and many positions need to be opened in the engineering department.
*There will be 12243 staff and 28254 senior staff will retire soon, and many positions need to opened to replace these retiring employees.
*In total there will 90398 employees who will be retiring.
*There are 1549 employees who are eligible to particiapte in the mentorship program.

The total number retiring employees is 90398, and the total number of qulaified employees for the mentorship program is 1549. The number of positions to be filled is around 58 times the number of mentors which makes it very difficult for the company and is not enough to do the mentorship program.
