The pref layout.css.properties-and-values.enabled is set to true (enabled) on Nightly in 116. This allows for using the following:

• CSSPropertyRule
• CSSPropertyRule.inherits
• CSSPropertyRule.initialvalue
• CSSPropertyRule.name
• CSSPropertyRule.syntax
• registerProperty()
