What this PR does / why we need it:
removes titles from the two questions that had a titles within them. This is to clean up the table of content.
I used either just bold text or slightly bigger bold text inserted with html.
Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
None. Just more improvments to the faq page. so if one has a strong opinion that those subtitles are needed i am happy to be overruled.
