- Show "X1" etc / "paused" / "RTB" plus additional instructions on WiFi/Serial/Punchbag screens.
- Show battery meter or "(On USB)" on WiFi/Punchbag screens if set in board_config (awkward to make it refresh at a reasonable rate on Serial, and Serial is always on USB anyway)
