We can now convert CSVs into .xlsx Excel workbooks with opinionated options set as the defaults. At this point, the utility has achieved what it originally set out to. However, there are future changes that would be nice to have. Those may come in the future.

The v0.1.0-beta was still chosen because this hasn't been tested on Windows, but not yet on MacOS or Linux.
