ugc-api is a service that helps you upload content using authenticated upload URL. You can use the authenticated upload URL in order to upload your content from different clients, such as browsers, mobile apps, or command-line tools, depends on your business use-cases.

The repo you are looking at is the ugc-api issues repo. It exists as a public forum to gather users' feedback and discussions on bugs, missing features or desired enhancements.
While you can use email to send bug reports or suggestions, ugc-api community prefer you use this public forum for the sake of transparency and efficiency.
