Testing

1. Verify Question and Race alarms are set on boot complete (if enabled).
2. Verify EULA dialog shows on first run after fresh install.
3. Using logcat, verify orientation changes on all screens (main activity, EULA, legal, race details, preferences) do not cause exceptions, leaked windows, etc.
4. Verify correct tab is restored on app resume.
5. Verify notifications launch correct activity (and appropriate tab if required).
6. If release build, verify logging disabled.
