v3.0.0 Alpha Release

Network communication is now done with gRPC

This should lower the latency on the network and also make it really easy to extend and improve the code base for further development

Added an easy installable windows binary distribution.

! The windows executable is experiencing a bug, you sometimes need to press enter to activate the server again !

Furthermore, please test it out, and shoot in any issues if you one!

Alpha v1

This release of the Melon Music Player server is compatible with the Alpha v1 release of the Android Melon Music Player application.

This is not a stable release. Most of the functionality works, but there is still a lot of WIP
