Require custom build of Imagemagick which could be found in binaries. Used version ImageMagick 7.0.7-7 Q16 x86_64 (configure arguments: --prefix=/var/task/lib/imagemagick --with-webp --disable-installed --without-gvc --without-djvu --without-autotrace --without-jbig --without-fpx --without-dps --without-fftw --without-x).
Binaries should be downloaded and placed under lib/imagemagick directory.
