• added ttyecho/entr method of making this work (xdotool is still there as a fallback/for less overhead)
• partially implemented file path completion within the launcher
• modified PKGBUILD to make xdotool optional

This release should be stable, so I'm adding a minor version for the first time! I don't anticipate any upcoming reworks; the most significant change I might make for a hypothetical 0.2.0 would be supporting other terminals than just kitty.
