Adds a --serve flag that starts a local HTTP server to serve the parsed output, instead of opening a browser. Useful for viewing results on remote devservers. Also adds --port flag to specify a custom port (defaults to finding an available port in 8000-8100). ghstack-source-id: a67f5c2 Pull-Request: #163
