Access and Use Statistics and FAIR metrics on Metabolomics Workbench (MW)
We used both custom analysis of apache logs and Visitors tool (http://www.hping.org/visitors/) on combined access_log and ssl_access_log. vsftpd log was analyzed separately.
MW_FAIR_report_Feb13-Mar13_2022.pdf: Access and use statistics are based on analysis of the logs over about one month (Feb 13 – Mar 13, 2022), except for GitHub access logs, which are based on access over three months (Jan - March, 2022).
MW_FAIR_report_Aug01-Aug28_2022.pdf: based on the logs over about one month (Aug 01 – Aug 28, 2022, unless indicated otherwise). GitHub access logs covered about three months (June - August, 2022).
MW_FAIR_report_Feb_2023.pdf: based on the logs over about one month (February 2023, unless indicated otherwise). GitHub access logs covered about six months (August 2022 - February 2023).
MW_FAIR_report_Jul_2023.pdf: based on the logs over about one month (July 2023, unless indicated otherwise). GitHub access logs covered about six months (3/2/2023 – 8/19/2023).
MW_access_and_FAIR_report_May_2024.pdf: based on the logs over about one month (May 2024, unless indicated otherwise). GitHub access logs covered about six months (5/1/2024 – 5/31/2024).
