Summary

PR to cache dependencies and use smaller genomes in unit tests

Details

  • 4e22831 Added containers cache
  • 974e354 Replaced setup-miniconda with setup-python
  • e1346b2 Reduced fasta sizes (from 2.54 Mb Staphylococcus to 178Kb Candidatus genomes)
