Update Umi client and add tests for update metadata #70

Notes

  • Add basic Umi tests, as well as collection pass/fail test cases.
  • Add proof arg in kinobi and getAssetWithProof test.
  • Add UpdateInstructionsVisitor to auto derive collectionMetadata.
  • There's still a few more test cases to port from js-solita.

Note: This PR is the same as but replaces #69, as that one had too many merge conflicts after I sqash merged update-metadata-staging into main.
