Added ElasticEmail as a new service.
Some work is still needed for opens and clicks tracking but at least the email sending is working.To be able to use webhooks, must have a paid PRO Plan which I don't have and there's very little documentation available about the webhook. Only found this page..
Thats what I used as reference to decode the webhook payload.
I guess the only thing missing is the Feature Test.
