This was an early tool we exposed to submit PoA applications. As it was replaced by a CLI command exposed by mezod, we can remove it from the V-Kit.

All other components assume the default network is mainnet. Docker is an exception we adjust here.

This is a fix for native validator kit that adds a flag for ethereum sidecar to support different ethereum networks. > [!NOTE] > Right now the change is in the testing phase.

Here we adjust all V-Kit components and documentation to support the incoming Mezo Mainnet. I recommend reviewing commit-by-commit to better understand all the changes.
